I ordered this part from PST Pool supplies and it was lost/delayed in the USPS system. PST Pool Supplies must monitor their shipping status for their shipments and noted that I had not received my part. So they contacted me and let me know that they were shipping me another part immediately by FedEx. Great customer service which is hard to find these days.

I am all the way on the west coast and my spa heater went out. Searching online for what I hoped was the proper part I came across PST. They confirmed it was the right part, had the best price in the country with free shipping.
