At PST Pool Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we offer a straightforward return process to make things right.

✅ 30-Day Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

💵 Refunds & Return Fees

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • A $5 Return Charge will be automatically deducted from refunds on returns due to buyer’s reason (e.g., ordered wrong item, no longer needed).
  • Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for refund.

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Go to your Orders page.
  2. Find the order you want to return.
  3. Click "Request Return", select the reason, and leave a note.
  4. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
** Please note that selecting "Other" and not writing a note will only delay the authorization of your return and/or will result in the denial of your return! **

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, installed, or modified items
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
  • PCB/Circuit Boards
  • Chemicals
  • Light Bulbs
  • Liners
  • Winter Covers
  • Solar Covers
  • Heat Exchangers

📸 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email our support team with photos and your order number, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
