At PST Pool Supplies, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
30-Day Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received the item.
Store Credit or Restocking Fee: For returns made outside of the 30-day window, we offer two options. You can choose to receive store credit, which can be used towards future purchases on our website. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, a restocking fee may be applied to cover the costs associated with processing the return outside of the return window.
Reporting Damaged Orders: We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged order, it is important to report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Orders page.
- Locate the Order that you would like to return.
- Click "Request Return".
- Select the reason for your return & leave a note.
- Click "Request Return".
After requesting a return, we will review the request and if approved, we will provide you with a prepaid label for your return.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process it within 1 to 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exclusions: Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Items that are not in their original packaging.
- Items that are marked as final sale or clearance.
