Returns and Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

• Any item that has been installed or used may still be returned, but will be subject to a restocking fee ranging from 20% to 50% of the item’s original price, depending on the condition.

• Products that are non-returnable or that do not comply with our return/refund policy will not be issued a refund.

• Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or any other fees charged by the Canadian Government, United States Government, Canada Post, Fed-Ex, UPS or any other shipping carrier and are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Bulk orders placed with the intention of resale or dropshipping are final sale. No returns or refunds will be accepted on these orders.

Processing Your Return

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

3. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds 

1. Once we receive your return, please allow us 24-48 business hours to inspect your return. We will notify you of the status of your refund.

2. Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Please note that the restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Customers are responsible for all actual shipping, packaging and handling charges and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our return/refund policy. This includes, refused, not accepted and non-deliverable items returned to us by the shipping carrier because the address provided isn't an address that the product can be delivered to by them.

5. Expedited shipping costs for 2-Day or Overnight shipping methods are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We are unable to offer exchanges, you must return the unwanted item(s) for a refund, then repurchase the correct desired item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We may request photos or other evidence to expedite the process.
