PST Pool Supplies must monitor their shipping status for their shipments and noted that I had not received my part. Very good filter. I am very pleased with the Carvin filter.
Couldn’t have worked out better! I got the connections backwards and had to take it apart a few times my local pool dealer gave me glass DME and place of the filter. I was a little initially worried because the ball is smaller than the current one. I have on my old carbon filter, but it ended up working out perfectly and uses less space, your company did a wonderful job communicating things and I received the product super fast. I will definitely do business with you again and add a very fair price.
