- Low velocity 1.396 feet per second at the maximum at the floor (188 gpm) flow rating.
- Patented ribbed design achieves very high flow via 60 independent flow partitions.
- Approved as a bulkhead fitting as the safety is in the cover and backplate.
- Anti-vortex center shield block contact with direction suction.
- SDX2 Comes with a plaster ring for new applications.
- SDX2 Retro comes with an adaptable backplate to retrofit suction fittings up to 10 Inch diameter.

The light is very bright and beautiful seems twice as bright as the 300 W I'm very pleased. I only hope that it lasts. A diagram would be helpful so the gasket could be installed correctly. The gasket not the fault of the light has great difficulty seating exactly square but it still keeps the water out.
Make sure you order this barb for your new motor, I overlooked it on my original order. It does what it’s supposed to.
