I ordered this part from PST Pool supplies and it was lost/delayed in the USPS system. PST Pool Supplies must monitor their shipping status for their shipments and noted that I had not received my part. So they contacted me and let me know that they were shipping me another part immediately by FedEx. Great customer service which is hard to find these days.

Very good filter. I am very pleased with the Carvin filter.

Couldn’t have worked out better! I got the connections backwards and had to take it apart a few times my local pool dealer gave me glass DME and place of the filter. I was a little initially worried because the ball is smaller than the current one. I have on my old carbon filter, but it ended up working out perfectly and uses less space, your company did a wonderful job communicating things and I received the product super fast. I will definitely do business with you again and add a very fair price.
