Description
HydroQuip Platinum Series, 4.0kw 115v/230v flo-thru heater. The tube measures 15" x 2" and comes complete with a 60" cord and pressure switch. For use exclusively with the HydroQuip Platinum series electronically switched control systems featuring slide heater technology.
NOTE: When using this heater in a low flow system, take care with mounting to insure air does not become trapped in housing. When mounted horizontally, raising the outlet side slightly and having the box mounted between the 1 o'clock and 3 o'clock position will insure a longer lasting heater installation.

The light is very bright and beautiful seems twice as bright as the 300 W I'm very pleased. I only hope that it lasts. A diagram would be helpful so the gasket could be installed correctly. The gasket not the fault of the light has great difficulty seating exactly square but it still keeps the water out.
Make sure you order this barb for your new motor, I overlooked it on my original order. It does what it’s supposed to.
