The unit is tamper proof, the alarm will sound when removed from the pool and the new sensing technology provides less chance of false alarms due to wind, rain or small objects such as sticks or toys entering the water. When you would like to use your pool, simply remove the alarm from the pool and put it into sleep mode. The Pool Alarm will automatically wake up and run a system test when re-installed. The alarm system even works with a solar blanket on the pool!

Adam would have worked fine but it was a little bit large but I decided to keep it and use it for another project.
I ordered this part from PST Pool supplies and it was lost/delayed in the USPS system. PST Pool Supplies must monitor their shipping status for their shipments and noted that I had not received my part. So they contacted me and let me know that they were shipping me another part immediately by FedEx. Great customer service which is hard to find these days.
